Sciatica


Sciatica is the pain that radiates with the path of sciatica nerve, which roots from your lower back to your hips and buttocks and goes down each leg. But usually, sciatica occurs only one side of your body.

4.    Muscle spasm- when the muscle of your back, buttocks and foot becomes hard, tight and painful, also it gives you muscle cramps than it puts pressure on your sciatic nerve.

Treatment of sciatica

Physical therapy

Surgery

This option is usually used when there is too much weakness due to compressed nerve, loss of bowel or bladder control or when your pain gradually increases and there is no benefit from any other treatments.
